okay i'm just gonna rant in this post, so please people don't feel offended and don't ask me who or what am i referring in this post.
if you want people to love you, then you should love yourself first.
if you don't value and respect your own self, don't expect people to respect and value you.
it's not about being over confident.
it's called being happy and satisfied of what you have.
if you want to have friends, then make friends.
if you already have friends, then you don't have to try too hard to seek for security.
cherish your friends, and they will give you the assurance that you need.
cherishing does not only mean contacting them every day,
does not mean treating them so well and buying things for them.
cherishing means trusting and being there for them when they need it;
and at the same time, learn to rely on them a little.
no body is useless.
everyone's existence is not worthless.
if you want to stay happy, then don't think about your problems too much.
if you want to stop feeling so down, then do something about it!
do not always expect for a helping hand to be stretched out.
your problems are yours. it's not anyone else's.
however, you can share the burden.
you can ask for your friends' opinions.
and if you do not do anything about the problems, then just take the consequences and stop being so down.
feeling down will not help you at all.
it'll only bring depression to you, and you'll only feel worse.
go and give some treat for yourself. like, cheer yourself up.
go shopping, read your favourite book, listen to your favourite music, watch your favourite show...
just find anything to do to make yourself feel better!
do you even realise how many people out there in this world who think about you?
who are concerned, and worried about you?
if you want to make people less worried about you, then don't fake your happiness.
what's the use? you're just making people feel like you're really faking it.
it's okay to show that you're sad.
it's okay to talk about it.
and it's okay to cry at times.
but everything has a limit.
so be really aware of other people's thoughts too.
i'll say this honestly. i hate attention-seekers.
i can tolerate. i can pretend i am okay.
but what i want you to know is that, i don't hate you.
and i don't think you're an attention seeker.
but sometimes, i have to admit you act like you are one.
no, i am not bashing or insulting you.
i just hope that you can reflect, and i thought you should know.
i'm fine with you as who you are.
but out there, the world isn't as kind as it seems to be.

i know i am not perfect, and at times i just judge & expect from people way too much. but i do have my own stand and point of view. i do not wish to keep my thoughts on others to myself. i do not like to be over-subjective. =.=
i don't keep in touch with my friends constantly, but they know in their hearts that i am their friend. that's because i cherish them; and they cherish me too. so why not you think of another way to show your appreciation to your friends?
