konichiwa!
well today went to school around 10 for the meeting. we discussed about the camp for a while then around 11 plus, jingle & i went off to meet the Japanese students. Zul was supposed to go but he couldn't make it so i replaced him.
so before we met the Japanese students, we had lunch at Design School's Canteen. wanted to eat at MENSA but it was closed ): and yeah, left with no choice lor. lol.
the Japanese students arrived... most of them were boys. they're all around my age. some of them look really cute and there's this guy who looks SO TALL. ~_~ anyway each iit student was to partner with a Japanese student. my partner's name is Shigeto. he seems to be having difficulty speaking english, so most of the time i needed his friend to translate for him. His friend's name is Uchimura. oh and one group consists of 4 iit students and 4 Japanese students. My group's iit students were me, Sunny, Hairiandy, and Fina. the Japanese students were Hamada, Uchimura, Shigeto and Shiraishi. out of the 4, i talk to Shiraishi most since he seems to be the most fluent in english among them. Hamada was quite good in english too.
anyway they are all really nice people and i've always loved Japanese people as much as i love Korean. hahaha. it's sad that i can't go travelling around with them tomorrow since i have a camp to lead, but i do hope they'll have a great time in Singapore. and i hope i'll see them again someday. :D
oooh yes, i received a kaleidoscope and a traditional fan from Shigeto! well we were all supposed to exchange gifts with each other, and since my partner is Shigeto, he exchanged gifts with me. he kept on apologizing and saying that the gift wasn't good enough. ahhh so modest can. i was like, "it's okay, i love it! really, it's very niceeee~" lol.
okay so that's all for today's activities i guess. can't wait for tomorrow. woot i love camps! ^^
